Instilling religious and moral values in early childhood is essential, as it serves as the foundation for a child’s growth in developing a noble character. At KB Tsamrotul Fuadi Pancasan Ajibarang, a routine habituation of Sholat Dhuha is implemented to cultivate these religious and moral values. This study aims to explore the practice of Sholat Dhuha habituation in fostering religious and moral values among young children at KB Tsamrotul Fuadi Pancasan Ajibarang. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, this research analyzes data based on the actual conditions and findings observed in the field. The results reveal that the habituation of Sholat Dhuha contributes to the development of three core aspects in early childhood religious and moral values: aqidah (faith), ibadah (worship), and akhlak (morality).
