About the Journal
Wah Academia Journal of Global Religions (WAJGR) is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal dedicated to the scholarly exploration of religious traditions, interfaith dialogue, spiritual philosophies, and the role of religion in global socio-political contexts. Published biannually by Wah Academia, WAJGR seeks to foster critical thinking and inclusive scholarship that bridges Eastern and Western religious perspectives.
The journal welcomes original research articles, critical essays, and book reviews from scholars in religious studies, theology, anthropology, philosophy, sociology, history, and political science. It provides a platform for both established and emerging voices in the field, with a special focus on comparative religion, contemporary religious movements, and the intersection of religion with globalization, ethics, gender, and ecology.
